the ‘PRactice of VENTilation in Patients with ARDS due to COVID–19 vs Pneumonia’ (PRoVENT–COP) is a harmonized pooled database of 4 national studies of ventilation in COVID patients (PRoVENT–COVID, EPICCoV, CIBERESUCICOVID, and SATI–COVID–19) and 2 multicenter observational studies of ventilation in non–COVID patients (ERICC and LUNG SAFE)
PRoVENT–COP is registered at clinicaltrials (NCT05650957); the first analysis is published in Respiratory Research (2024; 25:312) with more to follow soon, including publications in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene and the Journal of Clinical Medicine
